We don’t accept returns, because it is almost impossible to resell handmade paper if it is not in proper condition. Please order samples or single sheets of papers to get a better feel.

We try our best to display right color and design of the paper on the website and use GSM (Grams per square meter) to describe the thickness of the paper. But still there may be slight variation in color and thickness of the paper.

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If there is a mistake or omission from our side, we will make it right. If your order arrives in some way damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may make a claim with the shipping company and replace your order.
